Returns and exchanges
INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Items purchased from BILEVEN must be returned in perfect, unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all labels and any items included as part of the packaging, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, for a refund. Please note that some items such as wristbands and socks cannot be returned.
**We do not accept returns on items sold in pre-sales.

RETURNS (REST OF THE WORLD)
For orders outside of Spain, there is no possibility of processing a product or size change. To process an exchange, the customer must return the purchased item and make a new purchase of the desired item on the website. The return must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
Items that the customer wishes to return must be sent by courier with tracking code (which we kindly ask you to email us at hi@bileven.com) in a secure package, adding the shipping reference name and order number that is being returned (#XXXXX), followed by "Bileven" in parentheses - Example: Lebron James H #12345 (Bileven)
- We will provide you with the address to which you must send the articles by email.
The charges derived from the return of an international order will be assumed by the customer and in no case will they be the responsibility of Bileven. Bileven will not be responsible for any customs charges arising from the return. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that in case you return the garment on your own, the customs costs are paid in advance, to avoid the package being undeliverable and being sent back to the country of origin. .
The refund will be processed via the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
