SHIPPING POLICY
As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and our team will get to work so you receive your order as soon as possible. If after the time indicated below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible. You will receive an email with the tracking of your order so you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
BILEVEN© will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address entered by the User in the order form does not correspond to reality or when some information has been omitted.
*During collection launches, Black Friday Week and Christmas due to high demand concentrated in a few days, shipments may experience some delays.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at hi@bileven.com. BILEVEN© will proceed to refund the amount of the order, including shipping costs, as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse on the courier trucks, in which case it will not be refunded.
