  • We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Bileven purchase, if you are not you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. However, if you change your mind for whatever reason, we have now created an integrated returns system for you to use. Go to here to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be emailed a returns label. We will happily exchange your item or issue you a refund for all or part of your order.

    In order to get started, all you need is the email address associated with your order and your order number to make a return with us.

    Items must be returned in perfect and unused condition, free of deterioration, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags, to receive a refund. Please note that some items such as wristbands and socks cannot be returned.

    Exchange

    For exchanges (FREE) or returns (cost of 5€ in mainland Spain), please use the following link.

  • To process an exchange, the customer must return the purchased item and make a new purchase of the desired item on the website. The return must be sent back to our warehouse at the customer's expense.
    Items that the customer wishes to return must be sent by courier with tracking code (which we kindly ask you to email us at hi@bileven.com) in a secure package, adding the shipping reference name and the order number being returned (#XXXXX), followed by “Bileven” in brackets - Example: Lebron James H #12345 (Bileven).
    - The address to which you need to send the items will be provided to you by email.

    Charges for returning an international order will be borne by the customer and in no case will be the responsibility of Bileven. Bileven will not be responsible for any customs charges arising from the return. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that, in case of returning the garment at your own expense, customs costs are paid in advance, to avoid the package being undeliverable and sent back to the country of origin.

    The refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the purchase within 5-10 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse.
