First exchange free within mainland Spain. We do not offer international exchanges. If, for example, you want a different size or color, please return the product and order the desired size/color through a new order on the website.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the items. Return shipping costs are not free and are paid by the customer.

• We will process your return for a shipping fee of €5, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

You only need to have the package ready in its original packaging and within 24/48 hours GLS courier will come to collect the package; you do not need to enter or print anything, the courier will carry the label.
